Delightful Computer is Morgan. It exists because most AI work ends before production: in a slide deck, an abandoned prototype or a pilot nobody renews. This practice runs the other way, with senior engineering on the critical path and systems built for the operators who will use them.
The work lands where being wrong is expensive and someone has to sign their name to the output. The people using these systems know their jobs better than any model will. The job is to make them faster, not to replace them.
Morgan also works on agentic AI at Microsoft. Delightful Computer continues as an independent practice, with the same production bar, a deliberately small client roster and engagements scoped to stay conflict-free. The record spans pharma, legal and financial services, retrieval architecture, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, evals, observability and human-in-the-loop review.
