About
I build AI that actually ships.
Delightful Computer is Morgan, working solo. It exists because the AI industry has a shipping problem: many engagements end in slide decks, abandoned prototypes, or pilots that never cross the production threshold. This practice is built the other way round, with senior engineering on the critical path and production systems that survive first contact with real operators.
The work is anti-hype and pro-engineering. It tends to land where being wrong is expensive and the people using the systems already know their jobs better than any model does. The job is to make those operators faster, more consistent, and better supported, not to erase their judgment.
Morgan also works on agentic AI at Microsoft; Delightful Computer continues as an independent practice with a deliberately small client roster and engagements scoped to stay conflict-free. Experience spans pharma, legal, financial services, retrieval architectures, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, evals, observability, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
