Minimal by default.
Delightful Computer keeps the public website simple: informational pages, email-based contact paths, public documentation, and lightweight analytics. Client data, regulated records, operational credentials, and production workflow inputs belong in engagement-specific systems, not public website forms.
The contact form posts to this site's own endpoint, which forwards the message to Morgan by email; if that endpoint is unreachable it falls back to composing the same message in the visitor's mail client. It is not a customer workspace and should not receive confidential records, secrets, patient data, regulated samples, or privileged material until an access pattern is agreed.
Client data handling is defined per engagement in the SOW, data-access plan, deployment architecture, and security review. Privacy questions, correction requests, or deletion requests can be sent to morgan@delightful.computer.
